Pressure Matching: The valve's rated pressure must be ≥ the system's highest working pressure, which can reach 315 bar.

 

Control Method: Clearly define the operating method (manual, electric, pneumatic, electro-hydraulic, etc.) and response speed requirements. Manual control is suitable for simple operating conditions; electro-hydraulic proportional control is suitable for automated systems; pneumatic control is suitable for explosion-proof environments.

For multi-way valves with multiple valve sections, ensure the double-ended threaded rod is tightened to the specified torque (usually 95–120 N·m). Insufficient tightening torque will cause oil leakage between the valve sections.

 

When installing the external valve operating mechanism, ensure the spool valve moves freely without jamming, and prevent lateral forces on the valve core.

 

When installing on machinery subject to severe vibration, vibration damping measures should be taken.

 

Correctly connect the inlet (P), return (T), and all working ports (A/B). High-pressure oil must never enter through the return port to avoid damaging the valve body.

 

System piping should not be too thin or long to prevent increased pressure loss and system overheating.

 

If welding is performed close to the valve, prevent weld spatter from damaging the O-rings, dust rings, and exposed parts of the spool valve.
